30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Your Money Back

CALIMOA grants you a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the order. This commercial guarantee complements, without reducing them, your legal rights, particularly the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases.

Requesting a Return

Before sending anything, write to contact@calimoa.fr, stating your name and order number. We will send you the instructions as well as the appropriate return address. No package should be sent to an address found on the Internet or appearing on the original packaging.

Product Condition

The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and, if possible, its packaging. During the legal withdrawal period, you may handle it only as necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Any depreciation resulting from excessive handling may be deducted within the limits permitted by law.

Return Costs

Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of a change of mind. They are covered by CALIMOA if the product received is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from the one ordered.

Refund

The refund will be made using the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. CALIMOA may defer the refund until the product is recovered or until proof of shipment is received, whichever date comes first. The costs of standard delivery, if any, will be refunded in accordance with the law; surcharges related to a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with the order number and relevant photographs. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for compliance, replacement, or refund free of charge. This recommended reporting period does not limit legal guarantees.

Legal Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from the delivery of the product, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by the Civil Code.
