General terms and conditions of sale and use
1. Purpose
These conditions govern sales concluded on calimoa.fr between CALIMOA and any consumer customer. Validation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products
The essential characteristics, dimensions, colors, uses, and precautions are presented on the product sheet. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight color differences related to the screen or lighting may exist without altering the essential characteristics.
3. Prices and promotions
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes when applicable. The invoiced price is the one accepted at the time of the order. Promotions are valid for the period and within the limits indicated.
4. Order and payment
Before paying, the customer can check their cart, address, and total amount. The order becomes firm after payment validation and confirmation is sent. The available payment methods are those offered on the secure payment page.
5. Availability
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed and can accept a new delivery time or obtain cancellation and refund of the amounts paid.
6. Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. In metropolitan France, standard free, tracked, and insured delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Full details are available in the Shipping Policy.
7. Withdrawal and returns
The consumer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt. CALIMOA commercially extends the return period to 30 days, according to the conditions of the Refund Policy.
8. Legal guarantees
The seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code. The implementation of these guarantees does not generate any unjustified costs for the consumer.
9. Product use
The stand must be installed on a stable surface and used according to instructions, under the supervision of the pet owner. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product's compatibility with their pet's size, weight, behavior, and health. This clause does not exclude any legal guarantee.
10. Personal data
The processing of data necessary for orders, payments, deliveries, and support requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The CALIMOA brand, texts, visuals, and elements of the site are protected. Their reproduction or commercial exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
12. Liability
No provision of these conditions limits the consumer's mandatory rights, legal guarantees, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. CALIMOA is not responsible for damage resulting exclusively from use clearly contrary to instructions or unauthorized modification of the product.
13. Complaints and applicable law
In case of difficulty, the customer must first write to contact@calimoa.fr to seek an amicable solution. These conditions are subject to French law, without depriving the consumer of more protective mandatory rules that may apply to them.
